Thank you Nelson Mandela for everything you have done for
human equality. A man who spent 27 years of his life in prison for what he
believed in. Known for his anti-apartheid movement in South Africa. He brought
democracy to South Africa and became the first black president.
This is a sports blog, but when we lose a trailblazer of
this magnitude, we most show our respect. Mandela won the Noble Peace Prize and
has influenced a generation of activist.
We may never see another man like Nelson Mandela, but his
legacy will live forever. The people he has touched in his 95 years will be
forever changed.
