PACERS BEAST OF THE EAST

Paul George intercepts a pass on defense and shakes the last defender before he throws down a thunderous tomahawk slam.

Nearly a quarter into the NBA season and George is poised to have an MVP season. George was not a household name last year. It was his dynamic performance against the Miami Heat in the 2013 Eastern Conference, which put him on the radar

The Pacers have the best record in the league at 17-2. The dreadful Eastern Conference has only two teams over .500.

The other team that is over .500 is the defending champions Miami Heat. Paul George and the Pacers will have a difficult task dethroning the two time champions.

With George, Indiana has a bright future and will definitely be in the hunt for a NBA championship.

Indiana basketball hasn’t been this excited since the three point shooting machine Reggie Miller.
